45 minutes is the optimum window for online learning. Not because it is convenient, but because it is what the research on attention and retention tells us works. Every Human First session is structured around four parts, each with a specific neurological purpose.

The Hook

Every session opens with a data-backed reframe of the problem your people are already living. Not opinion. Evidence. Something that makes the room think: I did not know it was that serious. Attention drops sharply after the first ten minutes of any online session. Starting with a statistic that reframes a felt experience activates both cognitive attention and emotional engagement simultaneously, which are the two conditions the brain needs to store new information.

The Science

The speaker explains the mechanism behind the problem. What the research says. Why most people's instinctive responses make it worse. People do not change because they are told to. They change when the mechanism makes sense to them. This is the difference between compliance and genuine behaviour change.

The Framework

A practical, evidence-backed approach that your people can begin using before the session ends. Not seven steps and an acronym. The specific thing they can do before the week is out, with an element of practice built into the session itself. Information paired with immediate application is retained at significantly higher rates than information presented alone.
